The 15th International Hot Air Balloon Festival was held last February 11-14 in Clark Field Pampanga. Its a yearly event wherein who can see different kinds of hot air balloons from different country and some other flying stuff like para gliders, sky diving and kite competition. The event is also timely for the Valentines Day that's why you can even see a heart design air balloon. Its also a good weekend to drive your family up north and witness an interesting event where everything flies.
